Welcome to More Space at Your Place, in the geographical center of Ohio, known as Centerburg. My service began in 2023 as I specialized in helping clients downsize their home and belongings while ensuring they receive a profitable return, hence the creation of the business name.
My mission is to create more space in your life, making it easier for you to enjoy the things that truly matter. Let me assist you on this journey to a more organized and fulfilling living space! With my expertise in online selling, I will effectively position your items to reach the right audience. I have taught the Basics of Selling on platforms such as eBay for over twenty years and I enjoy meeting perspective clients.

In addition to my service, I also own and manage a retail shop, where I offer a curated selection of handcrafted goods, home décor, apparel, and trail souvenirs. I have a interest for the Ohio to Erie Trail which runs through my hometown of Centerburg and I take pride in showcasing the history of our remarkable Knox County segments, including the Heart of Ohio, Kokosing Gap, and Mohican Valley Trail. After retiring from the Knox County Park District, the initial opening of my shop allows me to remain connected to the parks and trails I want to preserve. I look forward to welcoming cyclists and sharing the hospitality that reflects my commitment to this community. We offer a restroom facility and a complementary bottle of water.

Finding hidden gems is such a fun experience! One of my best sales was a 1979 Hallmark Christmas Ornament I stumbled upon at the bottom of a $6.00 box of ornaments. I thought it was just a 50-cent item for a garage sale. But after doing a bit of research, I was shocked to see it selling for over $100 on eBay! I listed it as a "buy it now" and ended up selling it for $115.
